George Reynoso Arrested for DUI Accident on North Oracle Road in Oro Valley

 
ORO VALLEY, AZ (August 12, 2024) – The Oro Valley Police Department arrested 43-year-old George Reynoso following a DUI accident on North Oracle Road on July 7.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, police took him into custody on suspicion of 19 felony charges, including multiple counts of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated assault, endangerment and criminal damage.
 
Prior to that, Reynoso collided with five other vehicles in the lanes.
 
As a result, there were involved who sustained serious injuries in the incident. In addition, Reynoso caused over $88,000 in damages in the six-vehicle collision.
 
The crash also shut down the southbound lanes on North Oracle for several hours.
 
Police confirmed that Reynoso’s blood alcohol level was at a .198 during the test at the hospital but he fled before they could arrive. They reported that it was his third DUI in 84 months.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
