Gabriel Martinez Dies in Stockton Hit-and-Run Accident on Highway 26 at Pinasco Road

 
STOCKTON, CA (October 3, 2022) – Police identified 20-year-old Gabriel Martinez as the victim in a fatal hit-and-run accident on Highway 26.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at North Pinasco Road around 4:37 AM on September 18.
 
Based on a report, the victim’s family believed he had been in a car wreck prior to the crash. Due to the victim’s injuries, officials believed that he walked out of his car and another vehicle came and hit him. The unknown vehicle left the scene after the crash.
 
As a result, emergency crews who responded to the scene pronounced Martinez dead on the scene.
