Fernando Aguilar Identified in Fatal Chino Car Crash, Joshua Moloney Arrested for DUI
CHINO, CA (December 27, 2022) – The Chino Police Department identified 27-year-old Fernando Aguilar as the victim who died in a car accident on Kimball Avenue on December 22.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at El Prado Road.
Based on a report, Joshua Moloney was driving near the intersection of Kimball Avenue and El Prado Road when he rear-ended Aguilar‘s sedan. Subsequently, Aguilar’s car struck another vehicle.
As a result, Aguilar died in the incident.
Two occupants of the third car suffered injuries.
Later on, police determined Moloney to be driving while under the influence of alcohol. They arrested him at the scene on murder and two felony counts of DUI causing injuries.
