PINAL COUNTY, AZ (July 16, 2024) – Officials reported a fatal tanker truck accident on 10 Freeway on June 27.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near Casa Grande around 5:00 AM. Based on a report, a tanker truck crashed in the lanes. Authorities did not immediately state the number of other vehicles involved in the wreck.
 
As a result, officials reported a fatality in the incident. They did not specify the number of victims and their identities.
 
Crews closed the right westbound lane of the freeway while they worked on the scene.
