Pedestrian Struck, Killed by Two Cars on Pacific Highway in Des Moines
DES MOINES, WA (April 6, 2023) – Des Moines Police confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident in the 22000 block of Pacific Highway South on April 4.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near the Popeyes and Valley Sports Cars shortly after 4:00 PM.
Based on a report, the pedestrian was hit by two cars in the lanes. Subsequently, the victim pinned under one of the vehicles.
As a result, the pedestrian suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the deceased’s name, pending kin notification.
Police have not said if anyone in either vehicle was hurt.
