HOUSTON, TX (April 13, 2023) – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a man died in a pedestrian accident on FM 1960 on April 10.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at 45 Freeway at approximately 10:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was trying to cross the street outside of a crosswalk prior to the crash. At the same time, a woman was driving on the road with her two young children.
 
Due to unknown reasons, she struck the victim.
 
As a result, the man suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
 
Officials said the woman remained at the scene and did not show signs of intoxication.
