Jacqueline Smith and Dustin Hunter Die in Fatal Tow Truck Accident in Brenham

 
BRENHAM, TX (September 12, 2022) – Police identified Dustin Hunter and Jacqueline Smith as the victims who died in a tow truck accident on Highway 105 on September 8.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at North Blue Bell Road around 7:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, the Arens Services of Brenham tow truck crossed over into the opposite lane of traffic. Subsequently, it collided head-on with another vehicle.
 
As a result, the driver of the truck, 20-year-old Dustin Hunter of Brenham, died at the scene. The Brenham Police Department confirmed that paramedics airlifted the driver of the second vehicle to the hospital, where she later died. They identified her as 58-year-old Jacqueline Smith of Brenham.
