Desire Luna Identified in Double-Fatality Crash on Highway 90 in San Antonio

 
SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 22, 2023) – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified 30-year-old Desire Luna who died in a head-on crash on Highway 90 on May 12.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened in the 9400 block of the road shortly after 1:00 AM. Based on a report, Luna was driving a black 2015 Cadillac ATS eastbound in the westbound lanes prior to the crash.
 
Subsequently, the San Antonio Police said she hit a black 2017 Mercedes-Benz C 300.
 
As a result, Lune and the other driver suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews pronounced them dead at the hospital. The driver of the Mercedes was not yet identified.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
