Motorcyclist Dennis Tichavsky Identified in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Accident on FM 51 in Wise County

 
WISE COUNTY, WA (October 20, 2023) – Officers identified 21-year-old Dennis Tichavsky of Azle who died in a motorcycle accident on FM 51 on October 13.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near Boyd at approximately 8:15 PM. Based on a report, Tichavsky was attempting to make a left turn at the time of the crash.
 
At that point, a Buick Verano rear-ended his motorcycle. Then, a Dodge Ram struck him again.
 
As a result, Tichavsky suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Crews transported one driver to a nearby hospital with non-serious injuries. Another driver sustained only minor injuries.
