Crash on Highway 126 Fatally Injured Delia Price

FILLMORE, CA (March 2, 2023) – 48-year-old Delia Price of Valencia died in a car crash on Highway 126 on Monday.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at noon during rainy weather east of Pyle Road. Based on a report, Price was then heading west in a Honda Civic when she lost control of the vehicle and spun out.

Due to the wet roads, the Honda crashed into a Durango that was also driving in the area. However, there are no clear details which direction the Durango was heading to as of now.

As a result, Price succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene.

Authorities identified a 30-year-old Santa Paula woman as the driver of the second vehicle. She was transported to the hospital with major injuries.

The investigation continued. However, drugs and alcohol were already ruled out.

No other information is available at this time.
