Dekarriay Burrell Identified in Fatal Kern County Crash

 
KERN COUNTY, CA (March 13, 2023) – The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified 25-year-old Dekarriay Rayvion Burrell of California City as the victim who died in a crash on March 8.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at California City Boulevard around 1:52 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was driving his vehicle near the intersection at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, collided with a semi-truck.
 
As a result, he suffered grave injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
It is not immediately clear if Burrell was the only occupant in the vehicle.
