David Perez Killed, Kendall Crump Injured in Accident on Highway 84 at Loop 430 South [Littlefield, TX]

David Perez Identified in Fatal Car and Semi-Truck Accident in Littlefield

 
LITTLEFIELD, TX (December 13, 2023) – The Little Field Police Department identified 32-year-old David Perez of Lubbock who died in a car accident on Highway 84 on December 3.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred at Loop 430 South. Based on a report, Perez was traveling on the highway during the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he failed to yield at a stop sign and drove into the path of traffic of a semi-truck. The semi-truck then hit his car on the left side.
 
As a result, Perez suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
Emergency crews transported the driver of the truck, 31-year-old Kendall Crump, to Lamb Healthcare Center with minor injuries.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
