Wrong-Way Driver Matthew Granados Involved in Fatal Houston Crash, Daniel Navia Identified

 
HOUSTON, TX (November 1, 2022) – Police identified 26-year-old Daniel Navia as the victim who died in a motorcycle crash in the 1900 block of Allen Parkway on October 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 2:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, Navia was riding his motorcycle on the roadway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, 29-year-old Matthew Drew Granados drove his Dodge Ram pickup truck on the wrong way and hit him head-on.
 
As a result, Navia died in the incident.
 
Police arrested Granados on failure to stop and render aid.
 
As of now, the fatal crash remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
