One Killed, Constellatia Martin Arrested in Wrong-Way Crash in Woodside
WOODSIDE, CA (April 24, 2023) – Police arrested 24-year-old Constellatia A. Martin of Campbell following a wrong-way crash on 280 Freeway on April 22.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at approximately 2:38 PM.
Based on a report, Martin was driving a white Ford sedan north in the southbound lanes of the highway prior to the crash. Subsequently, she collided head-on with a black BMW SUV.
As a result, the driver of the BMW died at the scene. Officials only identified her as a 54-year-old San Francisco woman.
A 14-year-old boy in the front passenger seat of the SUV was taken to Stanford Medical Center with major injuries.
Officers arrested and transported Martin to Stanford Medical Center with major injuries.
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are ongoing.
