PHOENIX, AZ (September 5, 2023) – The Phoenix Police Department identified 49-year-old Connie Oliver who died in a pedestrian accident on 27th Avenue on August 21.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Northern Avenue shortly after 5:00 AM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck Oliver and left the scene.
 
As a result, officers arrived and found Oliver in the roadway with serious injuries. They took her to the hospital, where she later died.
