LAS VEGAS, NV (June 20, 2023) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department identified 58-year-old Christopher Hugh Moran who died in a pedestrian accident on 15 Freeway on June 9.
 
According to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Tropicana Avenue around 5:00 AM. Based on a report, Moran was crossing the southbound lanes of the freeway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a semi-truck hit him. Subsequently, a car struck him again.
 
When first responders arrived, they pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
