Christopher Lubowski Arrested after Fulshear Accident on Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard

 
FULSHEAR, TX (December 7, 2023) — Authorities arrested 51-year-old Christopher Lubowski after a pursuit crash on Saturday, November 4.
 
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the chase began at about 1:45 p.m. The Patton Village Police Department received reports about an 18-wheeler driving erratically. It then lasted for about two hours.
 
MCSO said the pursuit started there. After that, it went through Harris County and ended in Fort Bend County. They said Texas DPS, HPD, and other agencies gave their assistance in the pursuit.
 
The Fort Bend County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office said the chase caused a crash at Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard. Then officers arrested the driver near FM 1463 and Fry Road in Fulshear.
 
Sgt. Jeff Campbell, with the Roman Forest Police Department, said that the 18-wheeler struck a couple of vehicles during the pursuit.
 
Then sergeant said officers used spike strips to pop the truck’s tires.
 
Campbell said the driver had a controlled substance in the cab of the vehicle.
 
Authorities arrested Lubowski on charges of felony evading and possession of a controlled substance. They continue to hold him at the Montgomery County Jail.
