Jeremy Cisneros Arrested after Fatal Car Crash in Tyler, Charles Main Identified

 
TYLER, TX (May 26, 2023) Tyler Police confirmed that 19-year-old Jeremy Cisneros surrendered following a fatal hit-and-run crash on Highway 31 on May 23.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Patton Lane. Based on a report, Cisneros was driving a pick-up truck on Patton at the time of the crash.
 
As he turned onto the highway, he collided with the motorcycle of 55-year-old Charles Main from Chandler. Subsequently, Cisneros left the area after the crash.
 
As a result, Main suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Officials said Cisneros turned himself in to the Smith County Jail where he was booked for causing serious bodily injury or death with a $75,000 bond.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
