Celecia Jeffrey, Keyara Wade Id’d in Fatal Accident on 30 Freeway in Hopkins County
HOPKINS COUNTY, TX (September 20, 2022) – Police identified 22-year-old Celecia Jeffrey and 22-year-old Keyara Wade as the victims who died in a fiery accident on 30 Freeway September 17.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 7:40 AM.
Based on a report, Jeffrey was driving the Infiniti G37S westbound on the freeway prior to the crash. Due to unknown reasons, the car left the road and struck a tree. In the end, it caught fire due to impact.
As a result, Jeffrey and Wade died at the scene. Both victims were Sulphur Springs residents.
As of now, an investigation is underway. In addition, there are no other details available.
