MARSHALL, TX (March 10, 2023) – Marshall Police identified 60-year-old Carlos Martinez as the victim who died in a bicycle accident in the 500 block of East End Boulevard on March 5.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 7:55 PM. Based on a report, the Marshall man was riding his bicycle at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he collided with a vehicle on the road.
 
Police said the driver of the car remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
