Caren Killingsworth Identified in Fatal Willcox Car Crash

 
WILLCOX, AZ (February 26, 2024) – Authorities identified 54-year-old Caren Killingsworth of Tennessee who died in a two-vehicle crash on westbound 10 Freeway on February 13.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at milepost 327 near Cochise around 1:36 AM. Based on a report, Killingsworth was a passenger in a commercial vehicle traveling west on the freeway.
 
At the same time, a tractor-trailer was in the second lane at a slow rate of speed. Due to unknown reasons, the commercial vehicle came up from behind and rear-ended the tractor-trailer. DPS said Killingsworth was in a sleeper unrestrained and was ejected. Another vehicle ran over the victim.
 
As a result, Killingsworth suffered grave injuries and died in the crash.
