Caleb Hill Dies after Humble Motorcycle Accident on FM 1960

 
HUMBLE, TX (June 13, 2024) — A 17-year-old man identified as Caleb Hill died in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday, May 29.
 
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the accident took place on the 4000 block of FM 1960 near Woodland Hills Drive shortly before 10:00 p.m.
 
Deputies said Hill rode his motorcycle down the road on eastbound FM 1960. At the same time, a green 2003 Ford Expedition made a left turn and struck the motorcycle at the intersection.
 
The impact ejected Hill from his motorcycle during the crash. After that, a second unknown vehicle struck him. Responding officers pronounced him dead at the scene.
 
According to the sheriff’s office, the driver of the car remained at the scene and didn’t show signs of impairment. They have not released any description of the second vehicle.
 
Deputies said they had not yet determined which vehicle had a green light at the intersection.
 
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
