Bullhead City Police Officer Belarmino Diaz Identified in Fatal Fort Mohave Crash

FORT MOHAVE, AZ (October 2, 2023) – The Fort Mojave Tribal Police Department identified Bullhead City Police Officer Belarmino Diaz who died in a crash on Aztec Road on September 25.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision involved the victim’s car and another vehicle. It was not clear what led to the wreck.

Officers confirmed that Diaz sustained grave injuries and died in the incident.

The victim was sworn in as an officer for Bullhead City back in April, according to a social media post from the police department.
