Bradley Olson Arrested and Children Injured in Scottsdale Multi-Vehicle Crash
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (March 7, 2025) — Officials arrested 48-year-old Bradley Olson, of Sun City, after a multi-vehicle crash on Sunday, March 2.
The Scottsdale Police Department reported that the collision occurred around 8:10 p.m. near Via Linda and Shea Boulevard.
Investigators said two vehicles were stopped side-by-side at a red light, preparing to head westbound on Shea Boulevard. Then a third vehicle, driven by Olson struck one of the cars.
The impact forced the first vehicle through the intersection. Then Olson’s car continued forward and collided with the second vehicle, waiting at the light.
Scottsdale Fire officials evaluated five people at the scene. Two children sustained serious injuries and paramedics transported them to a hospital. They are reported to be in stable condition.
Meanwhile, officers arrested Olson at the scene on suspicion of DUI. After that, they booked him into jail on charges of aggravated assault related to the collision and traffic-related endangerment. Authorities noted that there may be additional charges as the investigation continues.
