Bobby Spencer Identified in DUI Crash on 109th Avenue at Sun City Boulevard in Sun City

 
SUN CITY, AZ (December 21, 2023) – The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office identified 53-year-old Bobby Spencer who died in a DUI crash on 109th Avenue on December 13.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Sun City Boulevard just before 5:30 PM. Based on the report, 58-year-old Olivia Harris was driving a Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, she collided with a palm tree in the front yard of a home. The truck had extensive damage on the passenger side.
 
As a result, Spencer, a passenger in the car, suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
Harris was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
The Sheriff’s Office says speed and impairment were factors in the deadly collision.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
