Apolinario Raymundo Dies in Fatal Car Crash on Highway 70 in Muleshoe

 
MULESHOE, TX (September 20, 2022) – Police identified Apolinario Raymundo as the victim who died in a car crash on Highway 70.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 5:25 PM on September 18.
 
Based on a report, a vehicle going eastbound on the freeway crossed into the westbound lane. Soon after, it crashed into Raymundo’s car. The impact caused the victim’s car to roll into a ditch.
 
As a result, Raymundo was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
In addition, his passengers, Domingo Ramos and Joslyn Rodriguez, both 19 of Muleshoe, were transported by EMS to Muleshoe Area Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
