Andrew Pyles Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (January 26, 2023) – Phoenix police identified 58-year-old Andrew Pyles as the victim who died in a hit-and-run on Glendale Avenue on January 14.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at 35th Avenue around 3:55 AM.
Based on a report, Pyles was trying to cross the roadway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown circumstances, a full-size black SUV struck him and left the scene.
As a result, Pyles died in the incident after sustaining grave injuries.
Officers are now looking for a full-size black SUV that may have damage to the front from the crash. They ask anyone who knows information about the incident to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO or call Phoenix Police Department’s non-emergency phone line.
