DUMAS, TX (January 24, 2023) – Troopers identified 35-year-old Andres Enrique Ricardo Torres of Dumas as the victim who died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 87 on January 20.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened in the morning while Torres was riding a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle on the highway.

The driver of the Jeep, 42-year-old Christina Ponce from Dumas, and her 13-year-old female passenger were both wearing seat belts and were not hurt.
