Alonzo Morning Killed in Motorcycle Accident on 80 Freeway at River Road [San Marcos, TX]

Motorcyclist Alonzo Morning Identified in Fatal Crash in San Marcos

 
SAN MARCOS, TX (July 14, 2023) – Officials identified 27-year-old Alonzo Morning of Maxwell who died in a motorcycle accident on 80 Freeway on July 6.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at River Road. Based on a report, the motorcyclist was traveling inbound on the freeway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he collided with a Ford that was heading in the opposite direction and turning left onto River.
 
As a result, Morning suffered grave injuries and died at the scene. His passenger later died at the Seton Hays Hospital in Kyle.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
