Allyson Navarro-Salazar Identified in Fatal DUI Crash in Live Oak

 
LIVE OAK, CA (June 19, 2023) – The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office identified 21-year-old Allyson Nohelia Navarro-Salazar who died in a crash on Highway 99 on June 5.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Paseo Road. Based on a report, a vehicle involved in a separate collision was fleeing the scene prior to the crash.
 
The vehicle was on the southbound side of the highway when it crossed the double yellow lines. Then, it sideswiped a vehicle traveling northbound before colliding head-on with Navarro-Salazar’s car.
 
As a result, Navarro-Salazar and her 1-year-old daughter died in the incident.
 
Her boyfriend was seriously hurt while the occupants of the other vehicles received minor injuries.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
