Allen Wilson Identified in Fatal Gilbert Crash on Lindsay Road

 
GILBERT, AZ (February 24, 2023) – Authorities identified 44-year-old Allen Joseph Wilson as the victim who died in a two-vehicle crash on Lindsay Road on February 21.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Williams Field Road.
 
Based on a report, Wilson was a passenger in a Chevrolet Colorado traveling near the intersection prior to the crash. As the vehicle attempted to turn north onto Lindsay Road, it collided with a Dodge Ram truck headed westbound on Williams Field Road.
 
As a result, Wilson suffered grave injuries and died in the accident.
 
Crews transported the 49-year-old female driver of the Chevrolet to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver and passenger of the Ram pickup were not hurt.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
