ALAMO, TX (July 1, 2024) — 60-year-old Donna resident Alfredo Villalpando died in a pedestrian accident on Monday, June 10.
 
According to the Alamo Police Department, the collision took place at the 1300 block of West Frontage Road near North 13th Street at around 3:47 a.m. Monday. They received reports that a vehicle fatally struck a pedestrian in the area.
 
Emergency responders arrived and then pronounced Villalpando dead at the scene.
 
Police said described the involved vehicle as a Ford F-150. In addition, they said the driver stayed at the scene.
 
Alamo police handle the ongoing investigation of the fatal accident.
