Motorcyclist Adam Pearson Identified in Fatal Accident in Lubbock

 
LUBBOCK, TX (August 21, 2024) – The Lubbock Police Department identified 40-year-old Adam Pearson who died in a motorcycle accident on 144th Street on July 23.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at University Avenue. Based on a report, Pearson was driving his motorcycle behind an SUV driven by 21-year-old Scarlett Gonzalez.
 
Due to unknown reasons, the two vehicles collided in the intersection.
 
As a result, Pearson sustained serious injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported him to UMC, where he later died.
 
Gonzalez was not hurt in the crash.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
