James Adams, Frances Adams Identified in Fatal Conroe Crash

 
CONROE, TX (September 6, 2023) – The Conroe Police Department identified 84-year-old Frances Adams and 87-year-old James Adams who died in a crash in the 17201 block of North Freeway South on August 22.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 9:30 AM. Based on a report, Frances was driving a red Tesla westbound through the parking lot at a high rate of speed.
 
Due to unknown reasons, authorities said the vehicle hit a concrete wall before it hit a silver Hyundai Genesis and a white Ford Fusion.
 
As a result, both Frances and James suffered grave injuries in the crash. Crews took them to Memorial Herman Hospital of The Woodlands, where they died.
 
Officers said the Hyundai and the Ford were unattended.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
