74-Year-Old Douglas Wilson Identified in Fatal Crash in Bullhead City

 
BULLHEAD CITY, AZ (January 24, 2023) – Police identified 74-year-old Douglas Lee Wilsonof Mohave Valley as the victim who died in a crash on Highway 95 on January 9.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Riverview Drive around 10:00 AM. Based on a report, Wilson was driving a black 2002 Chevrolet Tracker southbound on the highway prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he failed to stay in his lane. Subsequently, he struck a white 2014 Chevrolet Silverado that was in the left turn lane for northbound traffic.
 
As a result, Wilson suffered grave injuries in the incident. Bullhead City Fire crews transported him to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where he later died.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
