Kevin Parkourana Arrested after Hitting and Killing 72-Year-Old Nguyen Pham and 71-Year-Old Phuc Pham Struck in Crime Spree in San Jose

 
SAN JOSE, CA (June 13, 2023) – The Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office identified 72-year-old Nguyen Pham and 71-year-old Phuc Pham who were struck and killed by a crime spree suspect on 16th Street on June 1.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened after 31-year-old Kevin Parkourana of San Jose committed a series of crime including stabbing and carjacking incidents.
 
Based on a report, Parkourana started a violent rampage through San Jose and Milpitas. He hit the victims who were on the road at that time.
 
As a result, the Phams both suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Officers took Parkourana to custody in connection with the attacks.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
