Three Vehicles Involved in Fatal Crash on Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (December 15, 2022) Las Vegas police confirmed that a 70-year-old man died in a multi-vehicle crash in the 4200 block of West Desert Inn Road on December 12.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened near Wynn Road around 11:15 AM. Based on a report, the man was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Malibu west on Desert Inn Road in the far right lane prior to the crash.
 
At the same time, a 2005 Ford F350 was in the center lane and a 2014 Cadillac Escalade was in the far left lane. Due to unknown reasons, the veered to the left into the center lane and his Chevy’s rear hit the right front of the Ford.
 
Then, he slid across the centerline and crashed into the front of the Cadillac.
 
As a result, the man died at a hospital. Officials did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
 
Paramedics transported another person to the hospital. At this point, the investigation is still ongoing.
