Eva Saenz Killed in Pedestrian Accident on West County Road [Odessa, TX]

70-Year-Old Eva Saenz Struck and Killed by Vehicle on West County Road in Odessa

 
ODESSA, TX (May 1, 2023) – The Odessa Police Department identified 70-year-old Eva Saenz as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on West County Road on April 17.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened in the 2300 block of the road around 8:53 PM.
 
Based on a report, Saenz was walking east across West County Road at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a red 2003 Dodge truck traveling north struck her.
 
As a result, Saenz suffered severe injuries in the incident. Fire crews transported her to Medical Center Hospital, where she later died.
 
The investigation is active and ongoing. As of now, no other details are available.
