SEATTLE, WA (February 6, 2025) — A 42-year-old man died in a hit-and-run on Aurora Avenue North on Saturday, February 1.
 
According to the Seattle Police Department, the incident happened around 2:08 a.m. at North 125th Street and Aurora Avenue North in the Bitter Lake neighborhood.
 
Witnesses reported that a silver sedan traveled north on Aurora Avenue North. Then it struck the pedestrian as he crossed the street. The driver did not stop and continued northbound.
 
Seattle Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center. However, he succumbed to his injuries.
