Jada Brooks, Antonia Apton and Karen Footeon Die in Fatal Las Vegas Accident

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (December 19, 2023) – The Clark County Coroner’s Office identified three-year-old Jada Brooks of Las Vegas, 50-year-old Antonia Apton of Bullhead City and 63-year-old Karen Foote of Sparks who died in a crash on Highway 95 on December 9.
 
According to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Elkhorn Road around 3:20 PM. Based on a report, Apton was headed south on the northbound lane of the highway.
 
Subsequently, she crashed into Foote’s GMC Acadia and a 2014 Kia Soul with Brooks as a passenger. Police said one vehicle overturned on its side and another vehicle’s front end was severely crushed inward.
 
As a result, Brooks, Apton, and Foote suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
State police closed the northbound side of the highway for more than an hour after the collision.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
