Toddler Annalise Nava Identified in Fatal Waco Car Accident

 
WACO, TX (May 23, 2023) – The Waco Police Department identified 3-year-old Annalise Renee Nava who died in an accident on South 17th Street on May 18.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Clay Avenue around 4:19 PM. Based on a report, a 4-door Chevy Lumina ran a red light at the intersection.
 
Subsequently, it collided with another vehicle, which sent both careening into a third vehicle. Police said the unsecured toddler was ejected from the Lumina, which then landed on top of her.
 
As a result, the victim later died at a hospital.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
