Fatal Car Crash on Road 4 at Road L in Moses Lake

 
MOSES LAKE, WA (February 14, 2023) – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that an 18-year-old man died in a crash on Road 4 Northeast on February 10.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Road L Northeast. Based on a report, the victim was driving his Mercedes east on Road 4 prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a car driving south on the road.
 
As a result, the Grant County Coroner confirmed that he died in the incident. Officers did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
 
Crews transported a passenger in the Mercedes to Samaritan Healthcare with non-life-threatening injuries. The 55-year-old man who was hit by the teenager declined medical care at the scene.
 
At this point, WSP continues to investigate the accident. In addition, no other details are available.
