Hunter Lake Hurt, Danielle Allison Involved in 2-Car Crash on Highway 20 in Sedro-Woolley
SEDRO-WOOLLEY, WA (October 3, 2022) – Paramedics airlifted 17-year-old Hunter Lake to the hospital following a rear-end crash on Highway 20.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near Lyman Hamilton Highway around 8:35 AM on September 21.
Based on a report, Lake of Sedro-Woolley was traveling westbound on the highway at the time of the crash. As he stopped to make a left turn onto Lyman, 29-year-old Danielle Allison of Sedro-Woolley, failed to stop and rear-ended his vehicle.
As a result, paramedics transported Lake to a local hospital before crews airlifted him to Providence Medical Center in Everett for treatment of unknown injuries.
Allison, an 8-year-old child, and a 10-year-old child were not seriously hurt in the crash.
Troopers say the official cause of the accident remains under investigation. In addition, possible charges against Allison are pending.
