SACRAMENTO, CA (March 27, 2023) – The Sacramento Police Department identified 54-year-old Victor Guillen as the victim died in a hit-and-run bicycle accident on 21st Avenue on March 18.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Stockton Boulevard around 7:02 PM.
 
Based on a report, Guillen was riding a bicycle at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck him and fled the scene.
 
As a result, police found Guillen with major injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
As of now, the Major Collision Investigation Unit Detectives are taking over the investigation.
