One Killed, One Seriously Injured in Car Accident on Bob Bullock Loop [Laredo, TX]

Fatal Car Accident on Bob Bullock Loop at Saunders Street in Laredo

 
LAREDO, TX (January 3, 2022) – Laredo Police confirmed that one person died in a car accident on Bob Bullock Loop on December 18.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Saunders Street around 3:00 AM. Based on a report, a car was traveling on Loop 20 prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, it struck a light pole.
 
As a result, the two occupants of the car suffered severe injuries. Emergency crews transported them to the hospital, where the 24-year-old driver died. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
The 19-year-old passenger remains in serious condition.
 
No other information is known at this time. However, the accident is currently under investigation.
