MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (August 6, 2024) – Officials confirmed that one person died in a two-vehicle crash on 15 Freeway on July 16.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near the Nevada state line. Based on a report, a commercial vehicle crashed with another car for still unknown reasons.
 
As a result, authorities confirmed that at least one person died in the crash. They did not release the victim’s identity, pending notification of next of kin.
 
Furthermore, the incident closed the westbound side of the freeway at milepost 8 while responders worked at the scene.
