Brandy Price, Skyla Price, Gracie Mullins, and Avery Mullins Killed in Chico Head-On Crash

 
CHICO, TX (May 22, 2024) — A 32-year-old woman, Brandy Nicole Price, and three children died in an accident on Tuesday, May 14.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on FM 1810 near County Road 1340 at about 5:30 a.m.
 
The Texas DPS said Brandy Price passed another vehicle in a no-passing zone on Farm-to-Market Road 1810. Then she crashed head-on with a tanker truck. It resulted in the vehicle catching fire.
 
Responding officers pronounced Price and the three children inside her Chevrolet Equinox dead at the scene.
 
The Texas Department of Public Safety identified the children as 10-year-old Skyla Price, 8-year-old Gracie Mullins, and 3-year-old Avery Mullins.
 
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the truck driver to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Texas DPS later identified him as 41-year-old Mark Clark Jr.
 
The Texas DPS handles the ongoing investigation of the crash with the help of the Texas Department of Transportation and the Wise County Sheriff’s Office.
 
Authorities closed the road for several hours as crews investigated the incident.
