SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 10, 2023) — Officials identified 20-year-old Chun Roxanna Karina Hernandez as the woman killed in a car crash on Tuesday, August 15.
 
According to San Antonio police, the hit-and-run accident happened on 37 Freeway and Loop 1604 South at around 10:30 a.m.
 
When officers arrived at the area, they discovered Hernandez lying in the roadway with significant injuries. They later pronounced her dead at the scene.
 
Police could not find the car that hit Hernandez.
 
As of writing, it is unknown how the crash happened.
 
There is currently no released description of the vehicle or the driver involved in the fatal incident.
