They identified them as 63-year-old Clay Burt, of Sweetwater, and 47-year-old Phillip Araujo, of Del Rio. Three other victims sustained injuries. First responders transported them to Reeves Regional Health for treatment of minor injuries. Officials have not yet revealed if those injured were also Union Pacific employees. Officials contained potentially hazardous materials, including lithium-ion batteries and leaked fuel, after the incident.
