Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run on East Valencia Road Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Vehicle on East Valencia Road in Tucson TUCSON, AZ (August 22, 2023) - The Tucson Police Department confirmed that a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run in the 200 block of East Valencia Road on August 6. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 5:00 AM. Based on a report, the victim and another male pedestrian were in the westbound travel lanes of Valencia Road at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle hit them and left the scene.
